We will review the request and do our best to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve the issue. If the request is applicable and approved, we will promptly send replacements for faulty items at no additional cost to resolve the issue.

Once we receive the items back in the same condition as dispatched and unused, we will inspect them and issue a refund for the order within 3-4 business days.
